TripLog Troubleshooting (First Time)

Please follow the instructions below to make sure you have the TripLog App installed on your iPhone and can log in with SSO (single sign on).

Installing TripLog

• The App should have been pushed to your iPhone automatically - if you received a prompt to download it, just accept
• If you haven’t, try restarting your iPhone and see if it pops up
• If not, go to the App Store and search for TripLog (it’ll look like this)
  
• If you forgot your password for the App store, go to iforgot.apple.com.      
  
  

  Logging in

  I think I gave the wrong info this morning. Here’s what you should do:

  • From the initial screen, click “Log in
    
  • Type your Email into the email field, then click into the Password field, this should then automatically log you in with SSO. Do not click the Sign in with Microsoft button
