How to share your Teams meeting recordings from One Drive.

1: Log into office.com and select One Drive from the list of apps on the left hand side of the welcome page. 

Click on My Files, Recordings. 

Select the file you want to share by selecting or right clicking on the file. 

2: Select Share from the menu. 

3: You will see a new screen on sharing the file through a link. 

Add the email address of the people who you want to share the link to, then select Send. 




Another option to share the file: 

1: Select the file you want to share

2: Click on the Share button at the top of the page.

3: You will see a new screen on sharing the file through a link. 

Add the email address of the people who you want to share the link to, then select Send.




You can also verify that the file is now shareable on the file list:
