How to use PaperCut.

To print to any of the Agency copiers, from your desktop, print as normal. 

Select "FindMe" Printer and click "Print".

Note: Printing to a desktop printer (not a copier), instead choose the desktop printer from the list instead of the FindMe printer, click Print, then continue. 





You will then see the Print Job Notification screen, This will default to  <<SCAN>>. Change it to 
the correct account to allocate your print job. 



To search for an account, first type a few letter of the account in the Search field.  Select the account from the search results and click "Print".




Tip: Still not sure which account to use or what your "default" account.  Log into
UKG, and your Employee Summary will show you. 




To set up a preferred list, check the box of the account(s) you typically use under the 
"Preferred" column. 





Select an account from your preferred list and click "Print".



Your print job is now ready to be released and any Stanford Sierra Youth and Families copier! 

Scanning 

You can scan to your OneDrive, or configured SharePoint folders - 

1. Badge into the copier as described above
2. Select Scan

3. In Select Account, choose "<<SCAN>>"

4. Choose the destination to scan to. You can choose to scan to email, your OneDrive, or a configured SharePoint folder.

5. Choose scan settings, then start.

6. When choosing OneDrive or SharePoint, or may get an email asking you to login to allow Papercut to scan to OneDrive/SharePoint as shown - 

7. Click Login to SharePoint Online, follow the prompts, and your scan will complete.

8. Scanning to OneDrive will put the scan document in your OneDrive "Apps\Scans for PaperCut MF" folder.
