If the copier is not responding or frozen, you can power cycle it by doing the following steps: 
1: On the copier, there is a door you can open which has a orange power switch to turn it off. 
Turn off the switch, then wait about 2 minutes and turn it back on again. 
- The Copier Panel power button only shuts off the panel, not the copier. 
2: Close the door panel, then check to see if you are able to use it. 
3: If it does not work, please submit an IT Helpdesk Ticket for further troubleshooting. 
4: Please add in the ticket the name of the Copier.
