1: In Outlook, click on File -> Manage Add-ins, it will open up Outlook Web (log in with your ssyaf credentials) and take you to this page, click on Admin-Managed.
2: Click on My Templates, Click on Remove, then Add to re-add it.
3: Close out of the Outlook Web browser.
4: Then quit out of Outlook on the virtual desktop and open it back up again, create a new email and you will get My Templates back.
