When you are not able to access your apps on the laptop (Sophos, Outlook, Teams, Network Drives) at the same time, it is likely due to your password expiring.
To resolve this, here is the steps to reset your Windows password .
To update your password for Sophos, please review the steps bellow:
1: Open up Sophos, click on the Cog icon on the right hand side of the connection screen (Please check screenshot bellow ) and select Clear Credentials.
If you do not have the option to Clear Credentials, click on Delete to remove the profile. Skip to step 3 on how to reload your profile.
2: Then click on connect and input your username (without @ssyaf.org) and password (and to save time, check the "Save user name and password" box) and hit connect.
3: If you do not have cleared credentials listed, you will need to re install the Sophos profile, on your laptop, open up File Explorer and navigate to your Downloads folder on your laptop (It is not in the downloads folder on one drive).
You will see your Sophos Profile (example: username@shc.corp_ssl_vpn_config.ovpn), double click on it to load it into Sophos.
4: Go back to Sophos and it will now let you enter in your username (without the @ssyaf.org) and password. Make sure you click on save username and password before you connect.
5: If you are still unable to access the drives, please reboot your computer and try again.
