How to Book Rooms in Outlook.

Schedule a meeting with other people

You can send a meeting request to one or more people. Outlook reserves time on your calendar for the meeting and tracks who accepts the invitation. When you create a meeting request, you can add attachments, set a location, and use the Scheduling Assistant to choose the best time for your meeting.

1: In Outlook, click on your Calendar and select New Meeting.

2: Click on Don't Host Online, : Select the Start and End time of the meeting.

3: Next go to the far right hand corner of the invite and click on Room Finder.

4:In Room Finder, Under Building, type in the building number (example 8912) or remote sites (example Cirtrus Heights, Woodland, Placerville, Grass Valley)

5: Then select the room you want to book. It will let you know if the Room is available or not.

6: Click on Required in the invite and add the people you want to invite.  Add a Title of the name of the meeting.

7: Hit send when you are done.
