How to fix when Staff shows as busy on Outlook Calendar.

If you have a staff member who has migrated, please have them do the follow steps to fix it: 


1: In Outlook, click on Calendar, under Home select Share Calendar and then Calendar.
2: In the Calendar Properties, change the permission level to "Can view all details", then hit Apply, OK. 

Now the staff calendar is viewable.
