How to change your SSYAF password using the Company Portal on Windows 11 and iPhone.
Here is an alternate way to changing your laptop password using the company portal on Windows 11.
1: Click on the Start button
2: Click on All apps
3: Scroll down to Company Portal and open it.
4: In the Company Portal page, on the upper right hand corner click on your profile picture.
5: Next it will take you to your profile page, click on Change Password.
Chrome will come up and will prompt you for your work email address and "old" password. It will also ask you for the code on the authenticator app to proceed.
6: Put in your old password
7: Put in the new password (It needs to be more than 8 characters)
8: Retype the new password again.
9: Hit Submit.
It will then confirm that the password has changed, last step is to lock your computer (Windows+L) for 2 minutes and log back in with the new password. This will ensure the new password has synced.
To update your password on the Company Portal on iPhone,
1: Open the Company Poral app on your iPhone.
2: In the Company Portal page, on the upper right hand corner click on your profile picture.
3: Scroll down and click on Change Password.
4: It will take you to your web browser and ask you to sign in with your email address and currently password.
5: You will be prompted for the Authenticator App to enter in the code given.
6: Once that is entered, you will get a prompt to Change your password. Put in the new password and confirm new password and click on Submit.
7: Your password will be reset. You will need to re-log into all your apps on the iPhone and resync your laptop with the new password (Lock your computer (Windows + L) and wait 2 minutes to sync and log back in).
