iPhone Battery/Charging troubleshooting

There could be a few things causing your phone to overheat.

1: Let the battery drain, and then fully charging it overnight.

2: Once it's charged restart the phone.

3: Please provide the info on the battery health and what the top apps are for using battery.

You can find this by going to Settings, Battery and scroll down to take the screen shots.

Also click on Battery Health and Charging and get a screenshot.

Please send this to IT helpdesk with the screenshots and details.
