Scheduling a virtual appointment in Teams

Microsoft Teams allows you to to create a tailored meeting invitation for external guests. They will be able to join from mobile or web browser and experience a virtual lobby before the appointment begins.
You can make this meeting recurring if you wish.
- Open teams, go to Calendar.
- Then click New Meeting, and choose Virtual Appointment.
