ITS System Message Pop Up

You may see a new pop-up message on your laptop  periodically that will look similar to this –

This specific message is legitimate, and from one of the management tools on our laptops, indicating that important software updates have been installed and for them to take effect your laptop needs to restart. “ITS” is our technology partner that provides several of our computer systems management tools.

You can either choose to restart immediately, or snooze for 2 hours, for a maximum of 24 hours, so basically, by the end of the day. To avoid any potential work interruption, please save your work and restart at the most convenient time on the day you receive this message.
