If Microsoft Office 365 applications are not working or you need access Microsoft Office files, they can be accessed from the web following the steps below.
Open your web browser and navigate to https://outlook.office.com/mail/ and sign in with your work email address and password.
Click on the App Launcher icon (a grid of dots) located in the top-left corner of the Outlook web interface.
From
the menu that appears, choose the Microsoft 365 app you want to use. Options
