How to fix your Outlook Calendar when it is not updating.

Shared calendars in Outlook don’t always reflect changes immediately;

- Click anywhere on the particular shared calendar

- Go to the SEND / RECEIVE folder as shown, and click “Update Folder”. 

That should force it to go and retrieve any changes.
