How to screen share your iPhone screen from Microsoft Teams.

This is used for troubleshooting on the iPhone such as error messages and settings.

1: Open Microsoft Teams on your iPhone.

If you have not installed the app, you can get it at the app store.

2: Once you are logged into Teams, start a chat session with the Technician from your iPhone.

3: At the bottom of the screen you will see options, click on the three dots (...).

4: Then select Share.

5: Then select Share Screen.

6: Make sure Microsoft Teams is checked and then click on Start Broadcast to start the screen sharing.

This will share your iPhone screen to the meeting.

Hit the home button to get back to the main screen.

From there the technician will ask you to navigate the iPhone and troubleshoot.
