How to reset the Outlook App in iOS.

Here are the steps on what to do if the Outlook app is not updating your password:

1. Tap on the Outlook app. Tap Sign In at the bottom of the screen.

2. Enter your updated password. Then tap Sign In. You're done!

These steps is to reset Outlook app when it is no longer updating/syncing:

1. Tap on the profile picture (it will also show your initials if you don't have a profile pic) at the top left of the Outlook app.

2. Tap on the Settings gear icon at the bottom left.

3. Scroll down to Accounts and tap on it.

4: Select your Work Account (Microsoft 365).

5: Scroll all the way down and tap Reset Account.

6. The Outlook app will close. Wait a few minutes and then re-open the Outlook app and it will prompt you to add your password and log in.
