How to update your iPhone contacts.

Here is how you update your contacts in Outlook on Windows and Outlook app on your iPhone.

Note: Make sure you have Outlook open on your laptop before doing the steps and you are NOT using the New Outlook.

If 'SSYAF iPhone Contacts Contacts' is missing, it will appear after the update. The contacts here will match your phone.

If you are an admin staff updating iPhone Contacts on a front desk phone for the first time, please follow these steps first. Prior to completing the following steps, make sure Outlook is logged in on the phone - see the section starting "If the contacts are not showing up..." at the end of this article

1: On your laptop, click on the Start button and then click on All apps on the upper right hand corner of the screen.

2: Scroll down to the category I and you will then see iPhone Contacts Update.

3: A screen will come up notifying you that your contacts are about to be updated. Hit OK.

4. Once it is completed, you will get a new window letting you know it is done. Hit OK.

About 15 minutes your iPhone will be updated.

If the contacts are not showing up on the iPhone, please scroll all the way down to the next steps.

If the contacts are not showing up on your iPhone, please do the following:

1: Open the Outlook app from your iPhone, click on your picture or initials in the top left next to Inbox.

2: Click on the gear settings icon in the bottom left

3: In Settings, scroll down to Contacts (Under the category General) and click on. it.

4: Switch on Save Contacts to turn it on and a pop will appear to confirm saving contacts to the phone. (if the button is already on, turn it off and on again)

5: Click Save to my iPhone and you are finished.

6: You can now see your contacts resynced in your contact on the iPhone.
