If TIER freezes
, open the "Force TIER Logoff" application on your desktop (if the application is not on your desktop, make an IT Helpdesk ticket and we can get it to you).
Try TIER again. If it does not open, open your Task Manager by typing task manager into the search bar and clicking on the match, or a shortcut of Ctrl+Shift+Esc
In the Processes -> Apps section, find Remote Desktop Connection and right click and choose "End Task"
Then scroll down to the Background processes and right-click end task for the RemoteApp and Connection and any Remote Desktop Connections there.
Then try TIER again. If it still doesn't work, restart your laptop and try again.
It it still isn't working, make an IT Helpdesk ticket for further troubleshooting.
--Note for IT: try a force logoff on the RDSH server. Or if TIER partially opens see if you can maximize the Treeview from the TIER icon
