How to fix your laptop if your S drive or I drive has gone missing.

How to Reacquire S drive or I drive if one or both of these drivers go missing from the computer

(*Note: Follow the steps below after giving the computer a restart. Restarts can sometimes resolve the missing drive issue.)

1: Open up File Explorer,

2: Click on My PC and then click on C Drive.

3: Next go to the Updates folder.

4: Double click on Initial_setup_tasks.

5: After it starts you will get a yellow screen.

6: Once it is finished, you will get a green screen that states it is completed and to press any key to close the window out.

7: Finally give the laptop a restart and now you should have the S-Drive or I-Drive back.
