A phishing email is a fraudulent email designed to look authentic, usually asking you to click a link, download an attachment, or provide personal details in an effort to steal valuable information. These emails often create a sense of urgency—for example, warning that your account is at risk or offering a time-sensitive reward—to pressure you into acting quickly.

1. While viewing the phishing email, on the Outlook Home toolbar, click the "Report" button, then chose "Report Phishing"

3. When prompted, confirm the Report.
