I am unable to use MFA for Axiom.
- Submit the request in Axiom and put in a ITHD ticket to let us know of the issue and to grant you access.

Where do I find packets in Axiom?
Packets are a thing of the past!
- Use the TAB sets to help you organize items and have assessment information at your finger tips.
- There are tab sets for intakes, common used items and discharges.
How do I write notes in Axiom?
Writing notes in Axiom is easy!
- Look for the MH service note in your TAB set, or search for MH service note in your Axiom search bar.
- Remember to use #prog note in the note text box to use the templates provided.
Where is my task list?
- You can check TIER for items that were due within the last month (March).
- PowerBI reports are available now as a shortcut on your desktop and on your iPhone.
How do I search or Clients?
- Use the main search bar at the top of Axiom. Search for clients by First name before last name (Example: John Smith).
- Make sure to scroll down in the client list, there are more clients then are showing.
What is the difference between dynamic form history and auto save history?
- Dynamic form history is items that have been saved as (in)complete to be worked on at a later time.
- Auto saved history has items that Axiom has saved for you and may not be needed/might be multiple saves of the same item.
